CVE-2026-8489
The Ultimate Member plugin for WordPress contains a security flaw affecting versions 2.11.4 and earlier, which allows malicious users with subscriber privileges or higher to embed unauthorized code into the platform through the 'about_me' field, enabling them to run arbitrary scripts on targeted pages whenever accessed by other users. This vulnerability stems from inadequate filtering of user input and insufficient protection against script injection.
