1. Try before you pay

WP Clinic offers a free plan so you can evaluate the service before paying for anything. Using the free plan to test the scanner is the intended way to try WP Clinic before upgrading.

2. Paid plans are non-refundable once used

Once any paid feature has been used during the billing period, the charge becomes non-refundable. This includes, for example, running a scan on a paid plan, performing an AI repair or cleanup, taking an off-site backup, or otherwise accessing paid functionality.

3. Refunds for mistaken charges

A full refund is available only if the charge was made by mistake and no paid feature has been used. Requests must be made within 7 days of the charge by emailing [email protected].

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Already-paid periods aren't prorated or partially refunded.

5. Recurring charges

Recurring charges are disclosed at checkout, before you complete the purchase.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't override any mandatory statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction (for example, statutory cooling-off rights in the EU/UK). Where such rights apply, they take precedence.
