1. What WP Clinic is

WP Clinic is a security analysis tool for WordPress sites. The public scan (no registration) only reads information the site already exposes publicly. The internal analysis (files, database) requires you to prove you own the site and to authorize it expressly.

2. Authorization and permitted use

You may only request internal analysis of sites you own or are an authorized administrator of. By adding and verifying a domain, you declare under oath that you have that authorization. Using the tool against third-party sites without permission is prohibited. Misuse is your sole responsibility and may constitute a crime.

3. Service "as-is"

The service is provided "as-is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee detecting all vulnerabilities, malware or issues, nor that the site will be free of them after an analysis.

4. Cleanup and modifications

Plans that include cleanup or repair modify your site's files. Although we make backup copies beforehand and run automatic checks, you're responsible for keeping your own backups. We're not liable for data loss, downtime or damages arising from use of the service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Clinic won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

6. Plans and payments

Plans are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel them. Each plan's limits (daily scans, domains, monitors) apply as published.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be communicated by email.
