CVE-2026-7797
The Simply Schedule Appointments Booking Plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability in its SQL injection protection. Specifically, the plugin fails to properly sanitize user input in the 'append_where_sql' parameter, allowing attackers to inject malicious SQL code into existing queries. This flaw is particularly concerning because it can be exploited by unauthenticated users, who can also bypass the plugin's permission checks to access the /appointments/bulk REST endpoint. As a result, attackers can potentially extract sensitive database information.
