CVE-2026-11912
The Simple File List plugin for WordPress contains a flaw in its authorization checks, allowing unauthorized access to file modification capabilities across all versions up to 6.3.7. As a result, an attacker can delete and modify files on the server without needing authentication. This vulnerability remains exploitable even when the AllowFrontManage setting is disabled due to a critical oversight in the plugin's conditional logic.
Based on public CVE data (MITRE/NVD).
