The Easy Social Share Buttons plugin for WordPress contains a security flaw in versions prior to 10.7.2, allowing malicious code to be embedded in website content without proper filtering or protection against it. This weakness enables unauthorized individuals to inject and run their own scripts on affected sites when users visit the compromised pages.
