CVE-2024-8672
The Widget Options plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability in versions up to 4.0.7 that allows attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious code on the server via the display logic feature, which interacts with several page builders. This flaw arises from the plugin's failure to properly filter and validate user input before passing it through an eval() function call. As a result, authenticated users can potentially execute arbitrary commands on the server.
Based on public CVE data (MITRE/NVD).
