CVE-2024-6521
The Contact Form Plugin by Fluent Forms is susceptible to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability affecting dropdown fields in all versions prior to 5.1.20, due to inadequate handling of user input. As a result, attackers with elevated permissions can inject malicious scripts that will execute when accessed by users, compromising the security of affected sites. This issue specifically impacts multi-site setups and installations where HTML filtering is enabled.
