CVE-2024-5266
The Download Manager Pro plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting versions up to 3.2.92 in its wpdm_user_dashboard, wpdm_package, wpdm_packages, wpdm_search_result, and wpdm_tag shortcodes. The vulnerability stems from inadequate sanitization and escaping of user-supplied shortcode attributes, allowing authenticated users with contributor permissions or higher to embed malicious scripts into pages that execute for all visitors viewing those pages.
