CVE-2024-52436
The Post SMTP plugin for WordPress contains a SQL injection vulnerability in versions up to 2.9.9 that stems from inadequate escaping of user-supplied input and improper query preparation. Attackers with administrator privileges or higher can inject malicious SQL commands to execute additional queries against the database and potentially access sensitive data. The vulnerability has been addressed in version 2.9.10 and later.
