CVE-2024-5088
The Happy Addons for Elementor plugin contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting versions through 3.10.8, where the '_id' parameter fails to properly sanitize input and escape output. Authenticated users with Contributor-level permissions or higher can exploit this flaw to inject malicious scripts into pages, which then execute for anyone visiting those pages. The vulnerability requires user authentication but allows attackers to inject arbitrary JavaScript that persists in the database.
