CVE-2024-4892
The BuddyPress plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting versions up to 12.4.1 in the 'display_name' parameter. An authenticated attacker with subscriber-level or higher permissions can inject malicious scripts due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. These injected scripts will execute when other users view pages containing the malicious content.
