CVE-2024-47348
The Yellow Pencil Visual CSS Style Editor plugin for WordPress contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in version 7.6.4 and earlier, stemming from inadequate sanitization of user input and lack of proper output encoding. An unauthenticated attacker could craft a malicious link that, when clicked by a victim, injects arbitrary JavaScript code into the page for execution. The vulnerability requires user interaction through a social engineering attack to be successfully exploited. The issue has been addressed in version 7.6.5.
