CVE-2024-4448
The Essential Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting its Dual Color Header, Event Calendar, and Advanced Data Table widgets through version 5.9.19. The vulnerability stems from inadequate sanitization of user-supplied attributes and insufficient escaping of output, allowing authenticated users with contributor privileges or higher to embed malicious scripts into pages. When other users view an affected page, the injected scripts execute in their browsers. The issue was resolved in version 5.9.20.
