CVE-2024-43936

The EmbedPress plugin through version 4.0.8 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability resulting from inadequate sanitization of user inputs and insufficient escaping of output. Attackers with contributor-level permissions or higher can inject malicious scripts into pages, which then execute for any user viewing those pages. This vulnerability was remedied in version 4.0.9.
