CVE-2024-4045
The OptinMonster plugin for WordPress versions up to 2.16.1 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the campaign_id parameter that results from inadequate sanitization of input and escaping of output. Authenticated users with contributor-level access or higher can exploit this flaw to insert malicious scripts into pages, which execute when other users view the affected pages. The vulnerability was fixed in version 2.16.2.
