CVE-2024-3997
The Prime Slider Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in its Pagepiling widget affecting versions 3.14.1 and earlier. Attackers with contributor-level permissions or higher can inject malicious scripts through insufficiently sanitized widget attributes because the plugin fails to properly escape user-supplied input. When visitors access pages containing the injected widget, the stored scripts execute in their browsers, potentially compromising site security.
