CVE-2024-3926
The Element Pack Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting versions up to 5.6.1 in the custom_attributes parameter of widgets. The issue stems from inadequate sanitization of user input and lack of proper escaping when displaying these attributes. Authenticated users with contributor privileges or higher can exploit this flaw to store malicious scripts that execute for visitors viewing affected pages. The vulnerability was resolved in version 5.6.2.
