CVE-2024-3550
The Shortcodes Ultimate plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting versions up to and including 7.1.2. Authenticated users with contributor privileges or higher can inject malicious scripts through the plugin's shortcode attributes because the plugin fails to properly sanitize inputs and escape outputs. These injected scripts will execute in the browsers of anyone who visits pages containing the malicious shortcodes. The vulnerability was fixed in version 7.1.3.
