CVE-2024-3518
The Media Library Assistant plugin for WordPress contains a SQL injection vulnerability affecting versions 3.15 and earlier through insufficiently escaped user input in the plugin's shortcode functionality. Authenticated users with contributor-level permissions or above can exploit this weakness by injecting malicious SQL code into existing database queries, potentially allowing them to access and extract sensitive data from the WordPress database.
