CVE-2024-32579
The Restaurant Menu – Food Ordering System – Table Reservation plugin contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in its shortcode functionality affecting versions 2.4.1 and earlier. Attackers with contributor privileges or higher can exploit insufficient sanitization and escaping of shortcode attributes to inject malicious scripts that execute when other users view the affected pages. The vulnerability allows authenticated attackers to inject arbitrary JavaScript that persists in the database and impacts all subsequent page visitors. Version 2.4.2 addresses this issue.
