CVE-2024-32561
The Tagembed plugin through version 4.8 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting user-supplied attributes, which stems from inadequate sanitization of inputs and escaping of outputs. Authenticated users with contributor permissions or higher can exploit this flaw to inject malicious scripts into pages, causing the injected code to execute for all visitors viewing those pages. The vulnerability has been patched in version 4.9 and later releases.
