CVE-2024-2650
The Essential Addons for Elementor plugin through version 5.9.10 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Woo Product Carousel widget's alignment parameter. Authenticated users with contributor-level permissions or above can inject malicious scripts that persist in the database due to inadequate sanitization and escaping of user input. These injected scripts execute in the browsers of any user who visits the affected pages, allowing attackers to compromise site functionality or steal sensitive data from visitors.
