The Seriously Simple Podcasting plugin before version 3.1.0 contains a cross-site scripting flaw that enables attackers to inject malicious scripts into affected websites. When visitors access the site, these injected scripts execute in their browsers, potentially delivering redirects, unwanted advertisements, or other malicious HTML content. The vulnerability was identified by Rafie Muhammad through Patchstack and has been resolved in version 3.1.0 and later.
