CVE-2024-1989
The Sassy Social Share plugin for WordPress contained a cross-site scripting flaw that was discovered by Bassem Essam. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to inject malicious code like scripts, redirects, advertisements, or arbitrary HTML into a website, which would then execute for visitors. This issue was resolved starting with version 3.3.59, and users should upgrade to this version or later.
