CVE-2024-1723
A cross-site scripting vulnerability was discovered in the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin versions prior to 1.58.8 that could enable attackers to inject arbitrary scripts into websites, potentially leading to redirects, malicious advertisements, or other malicious HTML code being executed in visitors' browsers. The flaw was identified and reported by wesley (wcraft) and has been resolved in version 1.58.8 and later. Users should upgrade their installations to the patched version immediately to mitigate this risk.
