The Addon Elements for Elementor plugin contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Thumbnail Slider widget's 'eae_custom_overlay_switcher' attribute affecting versions up to 1.12.12. The vulnerability exists because user input is not adequately sanitized and output is not properly escaped, allowing authenticated contributors and higher-privileged users to embed malicious scripts into pages that execute when visitors view the affected content.
