CVE-2024-13898
The Simple Banner plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in its admin settings affecting versions up to 3.0.5. Administrators can inject malicious scripts through insufficiently sanitized input fields, allowing these scripts to execute whenever users view affected pages. The vulnerability only impacts multi-site WordPress installations or those where the unfiltered_html capability has been disabled.
