CVE-2024-11252
The Sassy Social Share plugin for WordPress contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting versions up to 3.3.69 through the heateor_mastodon_share parameter. The flaw stems from inadequate sanitization of user input and lack of proper output escaping, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious scripts that execute in a victim's browser if the attacker can convince them to click a specially crafted link.
