CVE-2024-11203

The EmbedPress plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability through the 'provider_name parameter in versions 4.1.3 and earlier. The flaw exists because the plugin fails to properly sanitize input and escape output, allowing authenticated contributors and higher-level users to inject malicious scripts into pages that execute when other users view those pages. This vulnerability was fixed in version 4.1.4.
