CVE-2024-10939
The Image Widget plugin contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting versions 4.4.10 and earlier due to inadequate sanitization of admin settings and insufficient output escaping. Attackers with administrator privileges can inject malicious scripts into pages through the plugin's settings, which execute when users view affected pages. This vulnerability only impacts multi-site WordPress installations or sites where the unfiltered_html capability has been disabled.
