The WordPress WP 404 Auto Redirect to Similar Post plugin contained a cross-site scripting (XSS) flaw that could be exploited to inject malicious scripts into a website, potentially enabling redirects, advertisements, or other HTML content to execute when visitors accessed the site. The vulnerability, discovered by kodaichodai, affected versions prior to 1.0.4 and has been remediated in version 1.0.4 and later.
