CVE-2023-6882
The Simple Membership plugin for WordPress through version 4.3.8 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the 'environment_mode' parameter due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. Unauthenticated attackers can exploit this flaw by injecting malicious scripts that execute in the victim's browser when they click a malicious link. The vulnerability affects all versions prior to 4.3.9, requiring users to upgrade to patch the weakness.
