CVE-2023-38000
The Gutenberg plugin for WordPress contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting versions prior to 16.8.1 that was discovered by Rafie Muhammad. An attacker could exploit this flaw to inject malicious scripts into a website, enabling them to execute redirects, display advertisements, or inject arbitrary HTML content that runs when visitors access the site. The vulnerability has been resolved in version 16.8.1 and later.
