CVE-2023-3371
The EmbedPress plugin before version 3.8.0 contains a sensitive information exposure vulnerability caused by a hardcoded encryption key used in the lock_content_form_handler and display_password_form functions. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to decrypt and access password-protected content that should remain restricted. The vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 3.7.3.
