CVE-2023-24399
The Ocean Extra plugin contained a cross-site scripting vulnerability that allowed attackers to inject malicious scripts into affected websites, potentially leading to unauthorized redirection, advertisement injection, and execution of arbitrary HTML when visitors accessed the site. The flaw was discovered and reported by Rafie Muhammad of Patchstack. Users should upgrade to version 2.1.3 or later to patch the vulnerability.
