CVE-2023-0684
The Wicked Folders plugin for WordPress contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in versions up to 2.18.16 where the ajax_unassign_folders function lacks proper capability verification. This flaw allows any authenticated user with subscriber-level access or higher to call this function and modify the plugin's folder structure, operations that should be restricted to administrators only.
