CVE-2022-3904
MonsterInsights, a Google Analytics plugin for WordPress, contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability in versions before 8.9.1 that was discovered by Grzegorz Niedziela. An attacker could exploit this flaw to inject malicious scripts into a website, potentially redirecting visitors, displaying unwanted advertisements, or executing arbitrary HTML payloads. The vulnerability has been patched in version 8.9.1 and users should upgrade their installations to this version or later.
