CVE-2022-36346
The MaxButtons plugin for WordPress through version 9.2 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in the handlePost function due to inadequate nonce verification. An unauthenticated attacker could exploit this flaw to modify plugin settings if they successfully deceive a site administrator into clicking a malicious link. The vulnerability was fixed in version 9.3.
