The Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA plugin contains a stored cross-site scripting flaw in versions up to 2.4.17.1 affecting the 'cookie_notice_options[refuse_code_head]' parameter due to inadequate sanitization and escaping of user input. Administrators and higher-privileged users can exploit this vulnerability to inject malicious scripts that execute when anyone visits the cookie-notice settings page in wp-admin, though this only impacts multisite setups or installations with unfiltered_html disabled.
