CVE-2022-29455
The Elementor Website Builder plugin for WordPress through version 3.5.5 contains an unauthenticated DOM-based reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in its lightbox module, specifically within the videoType and onError parameters. The vulnerability stems from inadequate sanitization of user input and improper escaping of output, allowing attackers without authentication to inject malicious scripts that execute when a user is deceived into clicking a crafted link. The issue was fixed in version 3.5.6 and later.
