The GTM4WP Google Tag Manager plugin for WordPress through version 1.15 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the frontend.php file where the s parameter is improperly sanitized before being added to the site's data layer. An unauthenticated attacker could exploit this flaw by crafting a malicious link containing JavaScript code in the search parameter, which would execute in the browsers of users who visit the link. The vulnerability was patched in version 1.15.1.
