CVE-2022-0267
The AdRotate plugin versions prior to 5.8.23 contain a SQL injection vulnerability where the adrotate_action parameter is not properly sanitized or escaped before being used in database queries within the adrotate_request_action function. This flaw allows authenticated administrators to execute arbitrary SQL commands through the vulnerable parameter. The vulnerability affects all versions below 5.8.23 and is remedied by updating to version 5.8.23 or later.
