CVE-2021-36885
The Contact Form 7 Database Addon plugin CFDB7 versions up to and including 1.2.6.1 contains an unauthenticated stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows attackers to inject malicious scripts into the database without requiring user authentication. These injected scripts persist in the application and execute when viewed by other users. The vulnerability was discovered and reported by Ex.Mi through Patchstack. Users should upgrade to version 1.2.6.2 or later to address this issue.
