The WP RSS Aggregator plugin before version 4.19.2 contains an insufficient sanitization vulnerability in the URL to Blacklist field that permits authenticated users with elevated privileges to inject malicious HTML code, potentially resulting in cross-site scripting attacks even when the unfiltered_html capability is restricted.
