CVE-2020-36156
The Ultimate Member plugin before version 2.1.12 contained an authenticated privilege escalation vulnerability in its profile update functionality. Users who had access to the profile.php page in wp-admin could manipulate the um-role parameter during profile updates to assign themselves any role, including Administrator, thereby gaining elevated permissions on the site.
