The Broken Link Checker plugin before version 1.11.9 contains a reflected cross-site scripting flaw in its admin interface that allows unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious JavaScript code through the s_filter parameter when accessing the broken links viewer. An attacker can craft a malicious link that, when clicked by an administrator, executes arbitrary JavaScript within the WordPress admin panel. This vulnerability affects version 1.11.8 and earlier, with the issue resolved in 1.11.9 and subsequent releases.
