The Elementor Website Builder plugin through version 1.7.12 contains an authorization flaw where multiple AJAX actions lack proper capability checks, allowing any authenticated user to invoke backend functions they should not have access to. This vulnerability enables logged-in attackers with limited privileges to perform restricted operations including editing posts and managing content import and export functionality.
