CVE-2016-10878
The WP Google Map Plugin for WordPress contained a cross-site scripting vulnerability that allowed attackers to inject and execute malicious scripts. The flaw existed in versions before 3.1.2, where user input was not properly sanitized before being displayed on the page. This vulnerability could be exploited to compromise website security and user data by injecting arbitrary JavaScript code that would execute in the browsers of site visitors.
