CVE-2009-4140
The Formidable Forms plugin versions before 1.06.03 contain an unrestricted file upload vulnerability in the ofc_upload_image.php component that stems from Open Flash Chart inclusion. When register_globals is enabled, authenticated attackers can upload files with executable extensions by submitting code through the HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA parameter, then execute that code by directly accessing the uploaded file in the tmp-upload-images directory. This flaw allows remote code execution on affected installations.
Based on public CVE data (MITRE/NVD).
